2024 Photography Policy

We welcome amateur and professional photographers at Hartford Orchards, in both our flower field and orchard.

The cost is $35 per day for a single client session pass and $50 (total) per day for a multi-client session pass.

Reservations are required PRIOR to your photography session. Fees and paperwork must be completed prior to your session. Photographers must check-in at the market with an employee before starting their session. All unauthorized portrait/commercial photography sessions are considered trespassing and will be escorted off our property.

Apple Orchard Sessions

Our seven-acre apple orchard is the perfect location for your photography sessions. Join us throughout the year to capture your photos in this picturesque setting. Join us from the end of August until November to shoot your perfect fall apple orchard photos.

Purchase a ticket today to reserve your spot. Schedule specific dates and times that fit your clients' needs. Tickets are non-refundable, but we are flexible with dates as we do understand weather can be difficult.

Single & multi-session passes are available for purchase. A multi session pass is only good for one single day of photography sessions. Purchase multiple tickets depending on how many days worth of sessions you will have. 

We request a reservation and a signed waiver for each professional photo
session. Fees must be paid and waivers must be completed prior to the photo session.
